Thomas’s father, singer-songwriter Rhett Akins, age 50, will soon become a father of three. He’s already the father of Thomas Rhett (age 29), and daughter Kasey Lee Akins, (age 27). Rhett married his new wife Sonya back in 2017 after dating for a long time.
Sonya Akins made the announcement on her Instagram a couple months back.
Thomas Rhett and his wife Lauren are expecting their third child, a daughter, in February.
