NATCHEZ – Copiah-Lincoln Community College’s Natchez Campus is once again gearing up for a fun and educational summer with the return of Kids College – Summer 2025. Designed for children of all ages, this year’s Kids College features a wide variety of hands-on, creative, and active courses to spark imagination, build skills, and encourage summer learning.
Classes will be held Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Co-Lin’s Natchez Campus unless otherwise noted. Registration is now open on a first-come, first-served basis.
Summer 2025 Kids College classes include:
- Tennis (Grades 1-8)– Participants will learn tennis fundamentals from 9-11 a.m. at Duncan Park, including strokes, footwork, scoring, and etiquette. Participants needs to bring their own racket, towel, hat, and water. (June 9–12, June 23–26, July 14–17, July 21–24)
- Charming Creations (Grades 3–11) – A creative Cricut class teaching design, project creation, and even entrepreneurship. Students will cover topics like Cricut machine basics, how to use different materials, and advanced techniques like uploading and editing images and Heat Transfer Vinyl. (June 23–26, July 14–17, July 21–24)
- Retro Games (Grades 2–8) – Enjoy classic, screen-free games like UNO, Scrabble, Phase 10, Chess, and hopscotch while learning team-building and critical thinking skills. (June 9–12, July 14–17, July 21–24)
- Artistic Avenue (Grades 2–9) – A hands-on art course exploring watercolors, drawing, and expressive painting. (June 9–12, July 14–17)
- Line Dance (Grades 4–10) – An energetic way to stay active and learn choreographed dance steps to popular line dances. (June 23–26, July 21–24)
- Dance & Cheer Dynamics (Grades 2–11) – Students will develop skills in cheerleading, flexibility, rhythm, and dance styles including ballet, jazz, and hip-hop. (July 14–17, July 21–24)
- Colorful Collaborations (Grades 2–11) – Participants will explore design, sculpture, painting, and collage while expressing creativity through color and mood. (June 9–12, June 23–26, July 14–17, July 21–24)
Classes range from $55 to $70 and include supplies unless otherwise specified. Space is limited for each course.

Credit card payments can be made by phone at (601) 446-1204. Registration hours are Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Pre-registration is required.
