Shop Local Win Big – 2025–2026 Official Contest Rules
- Eligibility
Contest is open to legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of Listen Up Y’all Media, participating sponsors, their affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members or household members of such employees are not eligible to participate.
Contest is void where prohibited by law.
- How to Enter
No purchase necessary to enter or win.
Between October 27, 2025, and January 9, 2026, participants may enter by scanning a QR code at a participating sponsor location.
The QR code will direct entrants to a sponsor-specific landing page with a featured offer/discount and a digital entry form.
Each individual may submit one entry per day per sponsor location during the contest period.
Incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent entries are void.
- Prize Drawings
Weekly prize drawings will take place every Friday, October 31, 2025 – January 9, 2026.
Each weekly prize will consist of a prize donated by one of the sponsors, with a minimum retail value of $100.
Winners of weekly prizes will also be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing.
The Grand Prize Drawing will be conducted on January 9, 2026, from the pool of all weekly winners.
- Prize Conditions
All prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or substitution except at sponsor’s sole discretion.
Listen Up Y’all Media reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize is unavailable.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winners are responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and additional expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize.
- Winner Notification
Weekly winners will be announced on-air and notified by phone and/or email within 48 hours of the drawing.
The Grand Prize winner will be announced on-air on January 9, 2026.
Winners must claim prizes within 14 days of notification or prize may be forfeited.
Winners may be required to provide valid photo identification and sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release prior to receiving prize.
- Publicity Release
By participating, entrants grant Listen Up Y’all Media and participating sponsors the right to use their name, likeness, voice, and entry information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
- General Conditions
Listen Up Y’all Media reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the contest.
Listen Up Y’all Media assumes no responsibility for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctioning QR codes, lost or unavailable network connections, or incomplete electronic entries.
Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Listen Up Y’all Media, participating sponsors, their affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation or prize acceptance.
- Governing Law
Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
