Officials say the project will remain confidential during the evaluation phase because it is an active economic development effort.
In Louisiana, Congresswoman Julia Letlow has officially entered the race for the U.S. Senate, challenging incumbent Republican Senator Bill Cassidy, who is seeking a third term.
