Please join us in congratulating Lyn Jenkins on her recent graduation from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for Organization Management (IOM), a premier leadership development program recognized nationwide.
Lyn’s accomplishment reflects her unwavering dedication to professional excellence and community service. The IOM program, designed for nonprofit professionals, includes 96 hours of intensive nonprofit management coursework, equipping participants with cutting-edge skills in organizational leadership, strategic planning, and member engagement.
Each year, nearly 1,000 chamber, association, and nonprofit professionals across the country commit themselves to this rigorous training, and Lyn now joins the ranks of these esteemed graduates. Her achievement highlights her commitment not only to professional growth but also to the ongoing advancement of the Natchez Chamber’s mission.
