On Thursday—November 21st at the Ferriday Library beginning 11:00 AM and ending 1:00 PM, the Concordia Parish Library will host the “Culinary Knife Skills, Cooking Gumbo & Staying Fit” class. It is brought to you by LSU AgCenter. This may help with the holiday food preparations.
The library will host Ms. Quincy Vidrine from LSU AgCenter who will demonstrate using a culinary knife, preparing to cook gumbo and staying fit.
This is free and open to the public!
