This will definitely contain SPOILER ALERTS for Monday night’s episode of the Spring Baking Championship, although it’s likely that everyone following Molly journey and the show are caught up.
Molly Manning Robertson dropped by the 95 Country Studio again yesterday to recap Monday night’s rollercoaster episode and share some of her other struggles running a bakery from home in Natchez.
We are so thrilled that this week was not our last Recap Interview with Molly! It was a close one! No matter the outcome, next week is the Finale, which means it’s our last Spring Baking Championship Recap Interview, as well. But like so many others, we look forward to watching anything she does in the future.
The Spring Baking Championship on Food Network will air its Finale next Monday at 7PM, and while Molly is not officially one of the finalists yet, she and Luke will go head-to-head in a Bake-Off during the beginning of the episode to see which one will go on to compete with Christian and Clement in the final competition. Someone will be named the CHAMPION at the end of the episode!
This week’s episode had us all emotional with Molly and you could practically hear the collective sigh of relief and triumph when they announced that Molly would have another shot at the Final!

No matter the outcome of next week, Natchez is so proud of Molly and lucky to call her “our own.”
