Natchez, Inc. joins the developers of Unwind Resorts today as they announce the beginning of construction of a new luxury RV resort – Magnolia Trace. Developers Cody Martin, Jonathan Starns and Brandon Dodson will transform a 275+ acre site in South Adams County into a resort attraction filled with high end RV lots, a clubhouse, cabin units, lazy river, and other amenities for the entire family. Together, Martin, Starns and Dodson, bring a long history of experience in luxury RV resort development to Adams County and are looking forward the positive impact the resort will have on the local economy with partnerships in the community.
With the strategic location of Adams County, the Magnolia Trace RV Resort is set to become a premier destination to travelers seeking a blend of comfort and natural beauty. This new camping and park facility will bring up to forty (40) new jobs during its peak season and a $30 million dollar investment to Adams County. Day passes will be available for local residents to enjoy the park’s amenities when the park is not full.
“We are excited to bring this unique high-end amenity RV resort with a spacious rural feel to this area and anticipate our guests will fall in love with the charm of the City of Natchez, just like we have,” said Jonathan Starns, one of the developers of Unwind Resorts.
“On behalf of the Adams County Board of Supervisors, we are excited to locate this upscale RV resort along with the sizable capital investment and jobs in Adams County. We wish them success as they work to add more tourist and travelers to our economy,” said Kevin Wilson, President of the Adams County Board of Supervisors.
